We are looking for an experienced Data & AI Engineer to support ongoing Employee Success initiatives within the environment.
The engineer will work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to design, develop, test, and maintain data-driven and AI-powered solutions.
The role requires someone who can work independently, understand business requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Apex, Flow, and Agentforce.
Develop and enhance AI agent workflows, actions, and integrations.
Work with Data Cloud for data modeling, querying, and integration.
Develop and maintain integrations between Slack, APIs, and external services.
Work with Snowflake and SQL for data querying, validation, transformation, and analysis.
Troubleshoot application, integration, data, and AI-agent issues across environments.
Develop unit tests and maintain appropriate Apex test coverage.
Support code reviews, deployment, QA/UAT validation, and production releases.
Collaborate directly with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Document technical implementations and provide knowledge transfer when required.
