You are joining at a moment where there is real work to be done, real infrastructure to shape, and real decisions to make. You are not maintaining someone else's legacy setup. You are building. Day to day, you are working across AWS networking, writing Python, and using Terraform to automate and manage infrastructure. You are dealing with multiple trading teams across the globe, which means variety, pace, and the kind of exposure that simply does not exist in larger, slower environments. No two days look the same. The trading floor moves fast. You do not need a background in finance to thrive here. What matters is that you enjoy operating in an environment where speed and precision both count.
