This is not a traditional software product management role. You will own a real-world mechatronic system combining imaging hardware, optical sensors, edge AI, cloud infrastructure, and roadside installation. The product is already commercially proven and consistently performs strongly against global competitors in independent testing. With accelerating customer demand and revenue expected to double again this year, the company is looking for someone who can inherit the existing platform while driving its next stage of technical and commercial development. The Opportunity The Vehicle Occupancy Detection system uses roadside camera technology to accurately identify and count vehicle occupants, supporting the encouragement of HOV and HOT lanes. You will be joining a highly technical team of approximately 15 people and replacing the individual who has built and led the product for the past six years. The platform could be maintained in its current form, but the goal is to continue improving its performance, ease of installation, customer integration, and long-term commercial value. There may also be opportunities to contribute across the company’s other computer vision product lines once established in the role.
