About Kind PatchesKind Patches is one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the world.
In just a few years, we've grown from an idea into the world's largest wellness patch brand, with millions of customers across the US, UK, Europe, Australia and beyond.
Today you'll find us on our own websites, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and in some of the world's biggest retailers, including Target, Walmart, CVS, Superdrug and Boots, with more major retail partnerships launching every year.
We're building a modern consumer brand across ecommerce, retail, creators, social media and performance marketing.
We move fast, test constantly and back people who take ownership.
The best ideas come from execution, not endless meetings.
Our team is ambitious, entrepreneurial and genuinely enjoys building.
Every week brings new product launches, new campaigns, new markets and new challenges.
If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact and help shape the future of a global brand, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role: Senior Ecommerce ManagerOwn conversion at a brand where conversion is the number that matters most.
DTC is the engine of this business, far more than most people assume when they first look at us.
That makes this one of the few seats where one person moves the whole company.
What we have never had is one person in-house who owns conversion end to end.
That changes with you.
You build it as you think it should be built, systems included, for a company on its way well past a billion, and whoever takes this seat sets how it works and owns it from there.
The best part is what is already on the table.
Our checkout is where the fastest wins in the business are sitting, and you get to go after them properly rather than nudge them.
Our paid traffic is strong and growing, and there is real upside in the pages it lands on.
Two big levers, both yours, both movable in your first quarter.
You would be walking into a good starting position.
Shopify, subscription-first, a real test stack already running, seven markets live and a creative engine feeding the top of the funnel.
Speed is our identity.
What we want next is the system that holds that speed while we scale, and then pushes it further.
On scope, we would rather be straight with you than post a wish list.
We have a strong in-house team across ecommerce, brand, content and creative, so you would be building on top of good work rather than starting from nothing.
Exactly where the line runs between the team and this seat is something we set with you, not before you.
If your edge is checkout, offer, pricing and subscription mechanics, you take that and go deep.
If it reaches further up into landing pages and the page-level test roadmap, that comes to you too.
We would rather shape the job around the best person than draw a boundary before we have met them.
What you will ownConversion as a number, not a project.
You own the metric, you set the roadmap, and you make the call on what ships. The offer and the transaction.
Pricing, discounts, bundles, subscription terms, the buy box, cross-sell and upsell, per market.Cart, checkout and post-purchase.
Everything from add-to-cart onward, end to end.Subscription and retention on the site.
Subscription entry points, the cancel and skip flow, post-purchase upsell, the mechanics behind one of our three company-level metrics. The test programme on your surface.
Hypotheses, specs, the read-out standard, the decision to ship or kill.
Run against a number, not a backlog. The system, not just the wins.
The playbooks, the SOPs, the documentation and the component library, so what you learn compounds instead of living in your head.A Shopify developer.
You help spec and hire them, then you run them.
Checkout extensions, the discount API, subscription plans. And as far up the funnel as you can carry.
Landing pages, PDPs and the page-level test roadmap are on the table for the right person.
Tell us in the process whether you want them. What you bring (the one thing we are strict about)You have owned a conversion number at a real DTC brand and moved it.
Not run tests, moved the number.
You can walk us through the funnel you took on, what you changed, and what it did.Technical depth on Shopify.
Cart and checkout, apps and integrations, subscription platforms, theme work.
You know what is possible without having to ask.Experimentation rigour.
You know when a test is a result and when it is noise, and you will say so out loud even when the answer is inconvenient. You build the infrastructure as you go.
Your instinct is that the system creates the efficiency that frees up the brains, and you leave behind something the next person can run and beat.A let-us-go attitude.
You are hungry, you move fast, and people want to build with you.Strong advantageSupplement or wellness DTC.
Subscription economics, compliant claims, repeat purchase behaviour and the way people actually buy this category are not things we want to teach from scratch.Nice to have (not required, we teach it)Multi-market or localisation experience, subscription platform migrations, AI-assisted workflows and automation in your day-to-day, working alongside creative and paid teams.Where this leadsThis is a domain, not a slice, and it is deliberately not capped.
You start on the part of the funnel where you are strongest, and it grows with what you prove, up to the whole DTC business with the developer and further hires under you.
We only hire A+ people.
The founders have built and exited companies before, the team you would join has been through hypergrowth more than once, and you would be surrounded by people who have already done it.
CompensationCompetitive, and set to the person rather than to a band we wrote in advance.
This seat sits on the revenue we already have rather than on the spend we add, so a small move in conversion pays for it several times over.
We pay for the craft.
How we hire (fast, and built around real work, not buzzwords)Apply, no cover letter.
Your CV, and one line on which part of the funnel you want to own.A short video from you.
If we like what we see, we send you a prompt and you record a few minutes back, unscripted.
Something like a funnel you owned and the calls that moved it, or a checkout you would pull apart, ours included.
It is quicker than another call and it tells us far more.A short call with our CEO to go through it.A real, anonymised Kind Patches challenge.
A few hours of your work, presented live to our CEO and the team you would build with.A short final conversation with the founders, and an offer.
About a week, start to finish.
