Description
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 / SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist to join an international IT team.
This is a senior hands-on position combining solution design, development, architecture, governance and L3 technical support.
Key responsibilities:
Design, develop and support solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Microsoft 365.Build business applications and workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists and Dataverse.Develop integrations using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs and PowerShell, with experience in technologies such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, custom connectors, SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript or C#/.NET.Contribute to M365 architecture, governance, security, permissions, DLP, licensing and platform standards.Provide advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and L3 support for complex M365 and Power Platform environments.Implement robust ALM, source control, testing, deployment, monitoring and release processes.Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging Microsoft technologies, including Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI Builder.Work closely with technical teams, service owners, security, compliance and business stakeholders in an international environment.
What we're looking for:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, with strong expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Platform.Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture and administration, Teams/SharePoint integration, OneDrive, Dataverse, identity and permissions.Proven experience delivering and supporting business-critical M365 solutions.Practical experience with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs and PowerShell, plus one or more relevant development/integration technologies.Understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance, including DLP, retention, sensitivity, external sharing and Microsoft Purview.Experience with IT service management, incident/problem management, change and release processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges.
