PURPOSE OF THE ROLE REDION ANZ is seeking an IT Systems and Infrastructure Analyst to act as our primary technical authority. Supporting the Head of Technology, you will ensure secure, efficient, and resilient enterprise infrastructure. In this role, you will serve as the top-tier, 3rd-level escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring maximum uptime while complying with local regulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Incident Management - Infrastructure & Support: Lead 3rd-level troubleshooting; maintain and work with third party providers to maintain and office infrastructure, participate in a 24/7 rotating on-call shift.Governance & APRA Compliance: Design and maintain ICT controls aligned with Group Frameworks; ensure strict compliance with APRA regulations (CPS 230, CPS 232, CPS 234).Risk & Audit: Conduct IT risk assessments; support the IT GRC board; manage internal, external, and third-party supplier risk audits.Security & Identity: Manage identity/access controls (SSO, MFA, recertifications) and endpoint security policy enforcement.Resilience & BCM: Support IT Business Continuity Management function, conducting Business Impact Assessments and disaster recovery planning.Vendor & Reporting: Deliver IT posture and risk reporting to senior executives; manage external vendor support contracts. ROLE REQUIREMENTS Education: Degree qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or related discipline.Tech Stack: Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, Jira Service Desk (ITSM), networks, and endpoint security controls, Genesys VOIP platform, etc.Availability: Commitment to a flexible 24/7 rotating on-call scheduleExperience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Cloud Operations, or IT Security roles.Compliance: understanding of Australian financial regulations, specifically APRA CPS 230/232/234.
