Senior Full Stack Engineer (Go) Contract-to-Hire | Remote | US Citizenship Required Arsenal AI is hiring Senior Full Stack Engineers to join a high-impact team supporting a rapidly growing healthcare technology platform. This role spans the stack — building Go backend services and enterprise integrations while contributing to the Angular front end that puts them in users' hands. This is a contract-to-hire role — engineers will be embedded within an Arsenal AI delivery pod with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role with the client based on performance and business needs. What You'll Do Backend Development: Design and build Go services and RESTful APIs that power enterprise-grade healthcare integrationsFull Stack Delivery: Ship features end-to-end — from PostgreSQL data models through Go services to Angular UI componentsEHR & Partner Integrations: Build and maintain scalable integrations with Electronic Health Record systems and third-party platformsCloud-Native Engineering: Work in a cloud-native environment leveraging AWS services including ECS/FargateCode Quality & Mentorship: Drive code reviews and mentor engineers across the stack to maintain high engineering standardsProduction Support: Troubleshoot production issues and ensure reliability across integration and UI touchpointsArchitecture: Contribute to system design decisions and improve development workflows for long-term scalability What We're Looking For 5+ years of software engineering experienceStrong backend experience with Golang (or deep backend experience in a comparable language with willingness to go all-in on Go)Front-end experience with Angular or a comparable framework (React, Vue) — you don't need to be a UI specialist, but you're comfortable shipping across the stackExperience with distributed systems and API designCloud experience (AWS preferred)Strong understanding of system design and databases (PostgreSQL a plus)US Citizenship is required Tech Stack Golang · Angular · TypeScript · AWS · PostgreSQL · Jenkins
