Are you an experienced Senior Application & Systems Developer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) and Power Platform expertise who is interested in public service and contributing to financial fairness and justice? If so, we are looking for someone to join our Information Technology team.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000
Workplace Type: Hybrid arrangement with 2 days per week in office.
The OBSI office is located in downtown Toronto.
The Senior Application & Systems Developer will play a key role in developing, enhancing and supporting the technology that underpins OBSI’s operations and services.
Working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power Platform and other business applications, this individual will develop customized solutions, code, integrations and automated processes that improve efficiency, data quality and the user experience.
This is a hands-on development role that also offers the opportunity to lead projects from requirements gathering through development, testing, implementation, training and ongoing support.
The successful candidate will work closely with business users, external vendors and the broader IT team, while also exploring emerging technologies—including AI-enabled tools—to help modernize OBSI’s systems and support continuous improvement.
