Job Description As the founding engineer and first senior hire at Toutix, you will work directly with the CTO to architect and build a high-concurrency ticketing and intelligence platform from scratch. You’ll solve complex problems involving massive traffic spikes, multi-tenant data isolation, and real-time fan signal processing while shaping the company's technical culture. What You Will Do Architect and build the core multi-tenant platform, ensuring reliability through systematic automated verification, synthetic monitoring, and self-healing agent-driven triaging.Design high-concurrency systems to handle massive ticket on-sale spikes, implementing idempotent checkout flows and fair queueing to prevent inventory double-selling.Co-design the Fan Oracle data pipeline that processes real-time signals from music, ticketing, and social media into rich, actionable fan identity profiles. The ideal candidate Has 5–8 years of experience in high-concurrency environments like fintech, payments, or marketplaces, having successfully navigated large-scale outages and production failures.Demonstrates an AI-first mindset, using coding agents as a core part of their daily workflow to maximize leverage and delivery speed.Possesses the technical maturity to handle the full AWS/CI-CD estate and the architectural rigor to design for scale before problems arise.
