Job Title: Java Developer Pay Rate: $75/HR Duration: 12 Months Job Requisition: WF008226 Location: Columbus, OH Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - 3 days per week in the office Only- USC, GC for this role (This is a W2 position; No option for C2C or 1099) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to support a critical customer-facing enterprise application used by phone bankers for customer and account maintenance. This high-volume platform supports approximately 80% of call-center activity, making application stability, reliability, and strong troubleshooting skills essential. The developer will maintain and enhance existing applications while also delivering new functionality related to customer authentication, account access, and account management. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys working with enterprise Java applications, legacy technologies, production support, and business-driven enhancements. Key Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Java applications.Develop new functionality based on business requirements and initiatives.Support enhancements related to customer authentication and account management.Develop and integrate REST APIs and service-based functionality.Work with Spring MVC, JSP, JavaScript, and related enterprise technologies.Troubleshoot application issues and contribute to production support.Collaborate with engineering teams across the U.S. and India.Support modernization and enhancement initiatives within an existing technology environment. Requirements 5+ years of Full Stack Java development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring MVC.Experience developing user interfaces using JSP and JavaScript.Strong experience developing or integrating REST APIs.Experience maintaining and enhancing legacy applications.Experience working with enterprise-scale or high-volume applications.Strong troubleshooting and production-support skills.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Columbus, OH.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
