The Role
As a Software Engineer, you will work mostly with modern low-code technologies, primarily Mendix, to design and develop business-critical applications for industrial and enterprise customers.
Rather than focusing on a specific programming language, this role requires strong analytical thinking, software architecture awareness, the leverage of AI tools and the ability to understand customer processes and transform them into efficient digital solutions.
You will collaborate closely with customers, automation engineers, and software specialists to design applications that improve productivity, visibility, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer requirements and business processesTranslate operational workflows into software modules, functionalities, and user experiencesDesign, develop, and maintain applications using the Mendix or other low-code platformParticipate in software architecture and solution design discussionsLeverage AI tools and services to expedite development and integrate them into our productsConfigure user roles, permissions, and access control mechanismsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software solutionsIntegrate applications with external systems and services using APIs and standard protocolsUtilize Git and modern development practices for version control and collaborationCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersTake ownership of projects from requirements analysis through deployment and supportContinuously explore new technologies and best practices to improve solution quality and delivery speed
