Senior Operational Performance & Processes Specialist

SIXT Benelux is looking for a Senior Professional Operational Performance & Processes to join our Operational Excellence team. In this role, you will be at the heart of two critical performance areas: vehicle turnaround efficiency and damage detection quality. Working closely with branch teams across Benelux, you will monitor KPIs, identify operational inefficiencies, and provide direct on-site guidance to help SIXT branches consistently hit their targets. You will also play an active role in vendor management and support tender processes for operational services. This is a role where your analytical mindset meets your people skills — translating data into concrete action on the ground. You will report directly to the Operational Excellence Manager and work in close alignment with Area Directors and HQ Germany.
