Description

MSTAT, with over two decades of experience in the mobile ecosystem, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer to support the reliability, security and scalability of its infrastructure and deployment environments. Role Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance, infrastructure security, operational continuity and deployment reliability. The role involves hands-on technical work across infrastructure deployment, system administration, networking and monitoring operations. Main Responsibilities Deployment and configuration of new company IT resources (Linux servers, VMs, networking etc.)Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutionsMonitor infrastructure, server performance, utilization and system resources proactivelyManage infrastructure and networking components including firewalls, VPNs, cloud resources and connectivity to clients or partnersAdminister and maintain IT equipment including servers, storage systems, network devices and related hardwareMonitor infrastructure alerts, deploy monitoring tools, logging systemsSupport infrastructure security monitoring, log analysis, incident response and platform reliability initiativesSupport security assessments, penetration testing activities, and vulnerability remediation effortsManage user credentials, access permissions and authentication systems for internal applications and servicesSupport employee onboarding and offboarding processes (account creation, access provisioning, equipment setup)Collaborate with internal teams to support infrastructure-related requests and platform operationsManage and resolve infrastructure and operational requests through the internal ticketing systemAssist with license management for online services, tracking renewals and ensuring complianceContribute to version control practices, infrastructure documentation, automation scripts and configuration managementSupport development and deployment processesSupport disaster recovery planning, infrastructure resilience, automation and business continuity initiatives Required Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or Infrastructure rolesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field (MSc will be considered a plus)Hands-on experience with infrastructure administration, monitoring, automation and deployment in linux environmentsExperience working with Apache, HAProxy, Kafka, Redis and MySQL (MariaDB).Familiarity with security best practices, vulnerability management, and incident response Key Competencies Analytical thinkingProblem-solving mindsetAttention to detailTeamwork and collaborationResults-oriented attitudeAdaptability in dynamic environments Role Scope & Impact Direct impact on infrastructure reliability, deployment efficiency and platform securityContribution to business continuity and disaster recovery readinessCross-functional collaboration with Technology and Operations teamsActive role in maintaining high availability, performance and operational standards MSTAT Offers Competitive compensation packagePrivate health insurance plan (hospital care included)Monthly meal allowanceHybrid working modelContinuous learning opportunitiesPersonalized development planIn-company events and celebration of company achievements All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
