🚀 Digital Application Developers | Rathbones | London, Glasgow or Liverpool I'm working with Rathbones on 3 permanent Digital Application Developer opportunities, and we're looking for strong software engineers who want to build customer-facing digital products rather than simply maintain existing applications. The key thing to know about this search: You don't need to be a web + iOS + Android expert. Rathbones is looking to hire the best engineers first and build the right balance of skills across the team. We're particularly interested in people who have: 🔹 Built greenfield applications/products from scratch 🔹 Developed customer-facing web applications, portals or mobile apps 🔹 Strong hands-on experience with React / TypeScript, iOS/Swift/SwiftUI or Android/Kotlin 🔹 Experience building and integrating APIs and application services 🔹 Strong software engineering fundamentals around testing, CI/CD, architecture and secure development 🔹 Experience working closely with Product, UX/UI, Architecture and Data teams 🔹 Ideally, experience within Financial Services, FinTech or another regulated environment 🔹 Exposure to AI coding/development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Cursor is a bonus The team is building and enhancing digital capabilities across web and mobile, supporting client and adviser experiences across areas including investment, onboarding, reporting and servicing.
