We are looking to add software engineers to our development teams for a wide array of products including Battle Management, Command & Control, Communications, Effectors, and Surveillance and Warning systems. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance required, note only U.S. Citizen can obtain security clearance Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applicationsAssist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systemsWork collaboratively with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test system What You Will Learn: Agile methodology and the associated tools. Modern DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques. Test-Driven Multi-Disciplined Capability (TDMC) Product Development methodology. A variety of domains such as battle management, command & control, communications, radar, missile, and/or modeling & simulationWork across engineering disciplines to develop solutions to complex problems in support of defense systems. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
