Description
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our GenAI development team and support the delivery and operation of cloud-based AI solutions in a secure enterprise environment.
The team develops and maintains Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and AI-powered applications leveraging Azure AI services and modern cloud technologies.
This role combines hands-on work with Azure-based services and platforms, operational ownership, and cross-team coordination, working closely with the development team to support AI platforms and applications running on Azure while operating within enterprise processes, security requirements, and operational constraints.

Responsibilities
Support DevOps activities for Azure-based AI and GenAI solutionsSupport and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environmentsWork with Azure DevOps pipelines, release processes, and deployment activitiesSupport and troubleshoot Azure AI Search and AI Services (Foundry)Support and maintain operational workflows involving n8n and LangSmithCoordinate activities related to WAFs, firewalls, private networking, and secure connectivityMonitor, investigate, and help resolve operational and deployment-related issuesManage and track tickets, service requests, approvals, and dependencies across multiple teamsCollaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, security, and platform teams to deliver changes and resolve issuesDrive DevOps-related activities from initiation to completion and ensure timely follow-up on open actionsContribute to secure, reliable, and efficient operation of cloud-based solutions
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on production experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)Proficiency in Azure AI Search and AI Services (Foundry)Experience with n8n and LangSmithKnowledge of WAFs, firewalls, and Private LinksExperience working in secure enterprise environments with restricted access and governance controlsExperience supporting production systems through ticket-driven operational processesAbility to coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholdersStrong ownership mindset and ability to drive tasks to completionStrong organizational, communication, and follow-through skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher
