Define and enforce DevOps guardrails, standards, and best practices for consistency, security, and complianceEnable engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe deploymentsCo-develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as TerraformEstablish and manage deployment strategies including blue/green, canary, and rolling deploymentsBuild and maintain developer self-service tools and internal platformsPromote early integration of reliability, security, and observability practices in software developmentDefine, implement, and monitor Service Level Objectives, Indicators, and error budgetsBuild and maintain observability stacks using tools like New Relic, ELK, Prometheus, and GrafanaLead incident response, on-call rotations, root cause analysis, and post-mortemsPerform capacity planning and performance engineering to support scalingAutomate processes to reduce manual operational overheadConduct reliability reviews and chaos engineering exercisesManage and optimize cloud infrastructure balancing reliability, cost, and performanceCollaborate with software teams to improve system architecture and fault toleranceSupport and maintain .NET-based services on Windows and Linux environments

Requirements:
8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles5+ years with AWS; multi-cloud experience is a plusStrong proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as CodeDeep experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesExperience with Docker and container orchestration (ECS preferred)Proficiency with observability tools (New Relic, ELK, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana)Proficiency in .NET, PowerShell, Python, Go, or Bash scriptingStrong Linux and Windows systems administration skillsSolid understanding of DNS, load balancing, CDNs, and network securityStrong written and verbal communication skills
