About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team within the 'Softwareentwicklung und Daten' department. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in advancing our proprietary core insurance system and digital applications. Your responsibilities will include developing scalable full-stack solutions, integrating with various subsystems, and supporting our operational teams with innovative technical solutions. Working closely with internal departments, you will gather requirements, develop implementation strategies, and ensure the robustness of our software infrastructure. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, complemented by at least five years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in programming with C# and .NET framework is essential, along with solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and TypeScript. Experience with database management (SQL), API development, and system integration is required. Familiarity with modern software architecture, security practices, and testing methodologies is highly desirable. Excellent command of German (spoken and written, comparable to C1) is mandatory, while knowledge of English (B1 level) is advantageous due to our international team. Prior experience in agile and hybrid project environments, along with an interest or familiarity with AI tools in software development, will be considered a plus.
