The Role
We are hiring a Head of Product to establish and lead our product discipline.
You will own product vision and strategy, translating company objectives, customer evidence and commercial opportunities into a clear direction and roadmap proposals.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a small department.
You will report to the CTO, manage and coach our Product Manager, and work closely with the Head of Engineering.
Together, you will focus one multidisciplinary team on the opportunities that create the most value for merchants, partners, shoppers and the company.
Your responsibilities
Own and communicate the product vision and strategy.Turn agreed company priorities into evidence-based roadmap proposals and a clearly ordered product backlog.Build a continuous understanding of merchants, partners and shoppers through research, product data and commercial insight.Establish practical discovery and validation methods so that important assumptions are tested before substantial delivery investment.Define product outcomes and measures, then use them to evaluate impact and adjust direction.Partner with the Head of Engineering on feasibility, sequencing and trade-offs while protecting the intended customer and business outcome.Line-manage and coach the Product Manager, strengthening product practices.Advise the CTO, CEO and COO on product choices and align Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology around explicit priorities.

What You Bring
Significant product-management experience in e-commerce sector, e.g.
online marketplaces, online stores, or price comparison websites.Experience leading a product function, coaching product managers or establishing product practice in a growing organization.Strong customer-discovery, opportunity-assessment and product-analytics skills.Commercial judgement: you can connect customer value to revenue, retention, cost and strategic advantage.A record of working closely with software engineers and making good trade-offs without prescribing technical solutions.Clear communication and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders with evidence.Comfort working hands-on in a small team while building structure that can scale.Professional fluency in English.University degree
Nice To Have
Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, adtech, performance marketing or B2B merchant products.Experience with data products, experimentation or products serving several customer groups.Familiarity with European digital-commerce markets.
