In short, as our Senior Software Engineer, you are responsible to drive several exciting initiatives, help solve problems, no matter how big or small, work on business-critical projects built around cutting-edge technologies, and convey strategy and accuracy to our top-level decision-makers. In long, as the Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for: Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full‑stack applications using Angular and .NETPartnering closely with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to understand existing processes and system dependenciesTranslating mainframe‑era workflows into clean, well‑documented APIs and servicesBuilding and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support front‑end and back‑end integrationCreating Angular‑based single‑page applications with strong attention to usability and performanceContributing to event‑driven and workflow‑oriented solutions, including asynchronous processing, reconciliation, and backfill scenariosWriting clean, testable, and maintainable code aligned with engineering best practicesOwning engineering solutions end‑to‑end and proactively identifying opportunities to improve reliability, observability, and scalabilityEnsuring applications meet security, performance, and compliance expectationsParticipating in code reviews and mentoring junior engineers to support team growth and continuous improvement So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking For? Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business and technology partnersStrong collaborators who can communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholdersProblem solvers who take ownership and think critically about long‑term maintainabilityTeam players who value clean code, testing, and thoughtful designPeople who are curious, adaptable, and open to evolving engineering practicesEngineers comfortable using AI‑assisted development tools responsibly, with a strong human‑in‑the‑loop mindset The Specifics. 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with C# and .NETBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experienceHands‑on experience building scalable, distributed systemsStrong experience developing APIs using RESTful and/or GraphQL approachesExperience designing and working with event‑driven architecturesStrong knowledge of SQL Server, including complex queries and stored proceduresProficiency with front-end development (Modern Angular, React, or Vue)Experience writing unit tests and supporting high‑quality, maintainable codebasesWorking knowledge of Azure cloud services such as App Services, Functions, and Azure SQLExperience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation Nice to Have. Background in financial services, accounting systems, or corporate finance environmentsExperience modernizing legacy or monolithic applications into service‑oriented or microservices architecturesExposure to real‑time data streaming and messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka / Confluent)Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)Familiarity with workflow or process automation tools such as Pega BPM or InformaticaExperience working with Snowflake, including querying and performance tuning So What About the Perks?
