Description

Over de rol Als R&D Engineer werk je aan de voorhoede van technische innovatie. Jij vertaalt ideeën naar functionele prototypes, voert testen uit en ontwikkelt oplossingen die bijdragen aan de volgende generatie producten en systemen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-engineers uit verschillende disciplines (mechanica, elektronica, software) om concepten te realiseren die écht het verschil maken. Wat je gaat doen Ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en valideren van nieuwe producten of modules.Opstellen en uitvoeren van testplannen voor prototypes.Analyseren van testresultaten en doorvoeren van verbeteringen.Samenwerken met productontwikkeling, productie en kwaliteitsafdelingen.Onderzoek doen naar nieuwe materialen, technologieën en productiemethoden. Wat jij meebrengt Een hbo- of wo-diploma in werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronica, elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar.Passie voor innovatie, techniek en productontwikkeling.Ervaring met CAD (bijv. SolidWorks, Siemens NX, of vergelijkbaar).Een proactieve houding en sterke analytische vaardigheden.
