Branding & Impact Statement The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team: RTX is seeking a business savvy software product manager to define, prioritize and oversee the development of software products, ensuring they meet market needs and business goals. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the market, customers, and the development team, guiding the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond. What You Will Do Product Strategy and Roadmap: Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals. Prioritize development work: Maintain and be responsible for the clear product requirements, delivery with the Engineering team and metrics for success are built and maintained. Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and gathering customer feedback to understand market needs and identify opportunities. Product Definition and Prioritization: Translating market requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and prioritizing features based on business value and customer impact. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless product development and launch. Product Lifecycle Management: Managing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to end-of-life, including planning, development, testing, launch, and ongoing maintenance. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Tracking product performance using key metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize the product. Travel Required: Up to 20% Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field. or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field and minimum 7 years experience10+ years of experience related to product management and/or software development. Qualifications We Prefer Technical Proficiency: Understanding software development processes, technologies, and architectures. Business Acumen: Understanding market trends, business models, and financial implications. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
