Responsibilities - Project Delivery
Manage and deliver geo-environmental and contaminated land projectsSupport projects from initial enquiry through to completionPrepare project scopes, programmes and technical delivery plansCoordinate site works, subcontractors, laboratories and internal resourcesMonitor project progress, deadlines, budgets and deliverablesMaintain clear communication with clients and project teamsEnsure work is delivered safely, accurately and commerciallySupport the successful delivery of projects across a varied UK portfolio
Site Investigation and Fieldwork
Plan and supervise Phase 2 ground investigationsOversee intrusive investigation works including trial pits, window sampling and boreholesUndertake soil, groundwater, surface water and ground-gas samplingPrepare accurate site records, logs and monitoring dataCoordinate laboratory testing schedulesReview site investigation outputs and identify technical concernsLiaise with drilling teams, contractors, laboratories and project managersEnsure fieldwork is completed in accordance with project specifications and health and safety requirements
Geo-Environmental Reporting

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' UK geo-environmental or environmental engineering experienceProven UK project experience is requiredCandidates must be eligible to work in the UKDegree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering Geology, Environmental Engineering, Geoscience or a related disciplineExperience preparing Phase 1 desk studies and Phase 2 geo-environmental reportsExperience supervising ground investigations and environmental samplingGood understanding of contaminated land assessmentAbility to develop conceptual site modelsExperience interpreting soil, groundwater, gas and laboratory dataKnowledge of remediation strategies, verification and validation reportingStrong report-writing skills with excellent attention to detailGood project delivery and organisational skillsStrong communication and stakeholder-management skillsFull UK driving license
