What You Will Do Own the entire product lifecycle by engaging directly with C-suite customers to translate ambiguous supply chain challenges into technical specifications.Build and ship polished, end-to-end features across the full stack using AI tools to accelerate development and expand your range.Make critical product and technical trade-offs autonomously within a small, fast-moving team that values outcomes over just completing tickets. The ideal candidate 3–10 years of experience building customer-facing products at high-growth, product-led startups like Attio, incident.io, or PostHog.A stack-fluid engineer who cares deeply about product quality, intuition, and reliability rather than being confined to specific layers.A proven track record of taking initiative, such as being a founding engineer, former founder, or leading a major product from zero to adoption.
