Shifts Available: Wednesday to Saturday - 7:00am to 5:30pm Friday to Monday - 7:00am to 5:30pm You will… Provide daily coaching and guidance to the warehouse team, ensuring every member has the tools and instructions to succeed. Operate lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper departments or areas in a safe and timely manner. Coordinate door availability for drivers and manage the equitable distribution of workloads to hit our productivity goals. Act as the primary point of contact for Procurement and Finance, handling essential data entry for inventory and produce invoices. Enforce and follow all safety, GMP, and SQF policies to maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment. identify opportunities to better the business, reporting on equipment needs and collaborating across departments like Quality and Production. You have… Experience in fostering team cooperation and maintaining momentum to meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets with strong data entry skills. Ability to express ideas clearly, tactfully, and professionally with all levels of the organization. High School diploma/GED, age 18+, and able to obtain certification for power material handling equipment. Work Environment This is a full time role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (temperatures range from 10-40 degrees).
