Position Details CCG is looking for an experienced Manager, Digital Development with 10+ years of software development experience to lead our digital development team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring strong experience in modern digital development, customer experience transformation, and cloud-native technologies. What You Will Do Lead the design, development, and delivery of modern digital applications using Next.js, React, Java, Spring Boot, and BFF architectureRemain hands-on with development, including coding, solution design, code reviews, debugging, and technical troubleshootingLead digital transformation initiatives focused on improving customer journeys and user experienceProvide technical leadership and mentoring to developers while actively participating in deliveryDesign scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performing digital solutionsWork closely with Product, UX/UI, Architecture, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and business teamsDeploy and support applications on Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes and containerized environmentsPromote modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, API development, observability, and DevOpsManage multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environmentTroubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on support through development, deployment, and productionStay current with emerging technologies, including AI and modern digital development practices Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. Who You Are Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline10+ years of software development experience5+ years of technical leadership or team leadership experience10+ years of hands-on software development experience, with strong experience in digital/customer-facing applicationsStrong hands-on experience with Next.js, ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSSStrong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and BFF architectureExperience with Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CDStrong understanding of application architecture, scalability, security, performance, and integrationExperience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft AzureExperience leading digital transformation and customer experience initiativesStrong Agile development experienceExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a dynamic environmentProven ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on technicallyStrong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders Please note that internal applicants are asked to formally express their interest by applying online no later than 10 business days of the position being posted.
