Position Details CAA Club Group (CCG) is seeking an experienced Manager, Application Support & DevOps to lead the production support, operational stability, and continuous improvement of Club Digital Applications, Travel Systems, MuleSoft integrations, and ERS platforms. This role will manage a team of Application Support Analysts and DevOps resources, ensuring high system availability, operational excellence, and exceptional service delivery while partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams. What You Will Do Lead and develop a team of Application Support Analysts and DevOps resourcesManage day-to-day support operations, incident management, problem management, and production stabilityOwn application availability, service levels, operational KPIs, and major incident responseOversee release management, deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and environment managementDrive automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and efficiencyManage vendor relationships, support contracts, escalations, upgrades, and patchesEnsure production readiness, disaster recovery planning, and operational compliance with security standardsPartner with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver stable and scalable solutions Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation.
