Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders, you'll help ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Include Coordinating and managing assigned work packagesPlanning and programming construction activitiesReviewing drawings, specifications, and construction methodologiesMonitoring project progress, productivity, costs, and quality outcomesManaging subcontractor performance and site interfacesResolving engineering and technical challengesSupporting project reporting and documentationEnsuring compliance with project standards and contractual requirementsPromoting and contributing to a strong Zero Harm culture About You We're looking for motivated Project Engineers who thrive in dynamic project environments and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver outstanding outcomes. You'll Ideally Bring Degree qualification in Engineering5-8 years of experience within building, infrastructure, or major construction projectsExperience delivering commercial, residential, education, healthcare, accommodation, Defence, or institutional projectsExposure to areas such as fitout, facades, piling, precast, roofing, services, infrastructure, or commissioning worksStrong understanding of project delivery, planning, and subcontractor managementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive and solutions-focused approachAustralian Citizenship or Permanent Residency with the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance What's On Offer At RRJV, we're committed to creating rewarding careers and supporting our people both professionally and personally.
