Senior Frontend Engineer

We are looking for: We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with strong technical leadership skills to join an experienced software engineering team working on a complex enterprise product with a global reach. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality frontend applications using React and modern JavaScript technologies. You will contribute to architectural decisions, help shape the technical direction of the product, and drive continuous improvements in code quality, performance, scalability, and engineering practices. What you will do: Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.Develop new features, implement product changes, and troubleshoot and resolve issues in an existing enterprise product.Work with JavaScript CORE concepts and apply solid software engineering principles when designing solutions.Use object-oriented design principles, design patterns, algorithms, and logical problem-solving skills to create maintainable and scalable solutions.Analyze requirements, identify gaps or ambiguities, and work directly with customers to clarify and define complete technical requirements.Propose and evaluate technical solutions against business and technical requirements.Optimize application performance, focusing on web performance, rendering efficiency, loading times, and overall user experience.Contribute to frontend architecture and technical decisions, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability across the application.Apply software engineering best practices, including unit testing, build automation, continuous integration, and code quality standards.Work with modern frontend tooling and technologies such as TypeScript, Babel, and advanced Webpack configurations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including grooming, planning, reviews, and retrospectives. What you need to have: 10+ years of professional software development experience, with strong focus on frontend development.Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, including ES6+ and JavaScript CORE concepts.Excellent hands-on experience with React and modern React development practices.Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP/web standards and technologies.Excellent understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, algorithms, and logical problem-solving.Solid foundation in software engineering processes and best practices, including unit testing, build automation, continuous integration, and code quality.Experience working with Scrum / Agile methodologies.Good understanding of modern frontend development tooling and ecosystem.
