Location: Alpharetta, GA – Hybrid 3 times a week

We are seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The position requires deep expertise across Azure based automation and provisioning practices including CI/CD pipelines Terraform Bicep Powershell and ARM templates.

What You’ll Do In The Role, You Will
Collaborate with development teams to build necessary Azure resources, enhance pipeline efficiency and reliability.Implement best practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.Facilitate the onboarding process for new users by providing the necessary access permissions and credentials.Investigate and resolve access-related problems promptly and efficiently.Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance with access control policies and protocols.Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure that the development, testing, and production environments are properly configured and optimized.
Provide expertise in cloud services, particularly Azure, to optimize infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
10+ years in DevOps/Release Engineering including technical lead capacityStrong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, YAML-based pipelines, Repos, Artifacts)Proven expertise in ArgoCD and GitOps methodologiesImplement and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD for Kubernetes-based application deploymentsDefine and maintain ArgoCD application manifests, sync policies, and multi-cluster deployment strategiesEnsure declarative, version-controlled infrastructure and application state managementSolid experience with Kubernetes/AKS, Helm, and container orchestrationProficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates)Experience with Docker and container registries (ACR)Working knowledge of Git branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based development)Familiarity with SAFe Agile/Scrum delivery modelsStrong troubleshooting skills across build, deployment, and runtime environments

Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or AKS certificationExperience with service mesh (Istio/Linkerd)Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid deployment modelsPrior experience in large-scale client delivery/consulting environments
