Full-Stack Developer ARRO — Bali, Indonesia Full-Time | On-Site ARRO is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team and take ownership of the digital and technical systems across our company. This is a hands-on role for someone who can design, build and maintain high-quality websites, while also supporting the wider technology needs of the company. You will become our internal go-to person for web development, IT systems, integrations, automation and technical problem-solving. ResponsibilitiesBuild, develop and maintain websites across ARRO and our brandsHandle both front-end and back-end developmentManage hosting, domains, DNS, deployments and website performanceMaintain and improve existing websites as our brands evolveConnect and manage APIs, CRM systems, payment platforms and other integrationsImplement automations and AI tools to improve internal workflowsManage analytics, tracking and technical marketing integrationsSupport company IT systems, software, accounts and user accessManage Google Workspace, Drive permissions and company email systemsTroubleshoot day-to-day technical and IT issuesMaintain appropriate security, backups and access controlsResearch and implement new technology and systems as required What We’re Looking ForStrong full-stack web development skillsExperience building and launching production websitesStrong understanding of modern front-end developmentExperience with back-end development, databases and APIsComfortable managing hosting, domains and cloud servicesUnderstanding of business IT systems and troubleshootingExperience with integrations, automation and AI tools is a strong advantageAble to independently research and solve technical problemsOrganized, reliable and comfortable managing multiple systemsStrong ownership mentality and ability to work independently The RoleWe don't need someone who only builds websites or someone who only provides IT support.
