Senior Systems Developer

Senior Systems Developer Contract until 31 May 2027 Daily rate up to $950 per day + Superannuation In partnership with our Queensland Government client, we're seeking an experienced Senior Systems Developer to support a major finance modernisation program transitioning from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. You'll work closely with the Integration Lead to design, develop and deliver critical finance system integrations and applications. This is an opportunity to contribute to a large-scale ERP transformation within a complex enterprise environment while working across modern Microsoft technologies and SAP-connected systems. What you'll be doingDevelop finance system integrations and custom applicationsDesign and implement solutions aligned to government and industry standardsProduce technical specifications, requirements and design documentationCreate business requirements, data definitions and user guidesSupport SIT, UAT and defect management activitiesReview software quality standards, processes and compliance requirementsContribute to training materials and user documentationMaintain accurate and auditable project documentationIdentify and escalate project risks, issues and dependenciesWork with stakeholders, project teams and external vendors What you need to bring Strong development experience with .NET C#Experience with TypeScript and/or JavaScriptStrong SQL Server (T-SQL) development capabilityExperience using Git or similar version control platformsProven experience delivering enterprise application development projectsExperience supporting ERP implementations such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC6 or similarStrong technical analysis and documentation skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and delivery deadlinesEffective stakeholder engagement and communication skillsProactive problem-solving and risk management capability Bonus points for ASP.NET Blazor experienceMicrosoft Azure experienceAzure DevOps or application lifecycle management platform experienceASP.NET MVC development experienceWPF/WCF development experienceDevOps CI/CD experiencePL/SQL and Team Developer experienceExperience using GitHub Copilot For a confidential discussion or to learn more please reach out to Lakshmi Dhanarajachar on 0419 721 158 or lakshmi.d@clicks.com.au.
