We're hiring a Frontend Developer to own the UI of a consumer-facing web application — the screens, components, and interactions people actually touch. About Us We're a credible, funded, remote-first startup backed by a growing team. We're pre-launch and moving fast. About The Role This is a frontend-specialist seat — distinct from a general junior or full-stack application role. We need someone who lives in the UI: React (or Vue/Angular), component systems, CSS, responsive layouts, and making the product feel fast and clear. We have a working product and a real engineering team, so you won't be guessing at architecture or building the backend from scratch. You'll take designs and product intent and turn them into shipped, accessible, production UI. If you've built interfaces people actually use — even if that's bootcamp projects, freelance, or a production app you didn't architect — this is your seat. Compensation Up to $115,000 max total annual compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated. Given the flexible commitment model, comp will be structured accordingly — fractional or hourly arrangements welcome.
