Deine Rolle Als Senior Software Engineer – Frontend entwickelst du leistungsfähige und zuverlässige Anwendungen auf Basis von modernem C++ und dem Qt-Framework und gestaltest deren technische Architektur aktiv mit. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Benutzeroberfläche, Hardware, Netzwerkkommunikation und Backend-Services und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Anwendungen performant, skalierbar und langfristig wartbar bleiben. Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung für technische Entscheidungen, bringst deine Erfahrung in Reviews und Entwicklungsprozesse ein und unterstützt weniger erfahrene Software Engineers in ihrer fachlichen Weiterentwicklung. Wir suchen eine erfahrene Software-Persönlichkeit, die hohe Ansprüche an Codequalität stellt, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge versteht und sich gerne aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und Softwarearchitektur einbringt. Anforderungen Das bringst du mit C++-Erfahrung: Du verfügst über mehrjährige professionelle Erfahrung in der modernen C++-Entwicklung, idealerweise mit C++17, C++20 oder C++23.Qt-Kenntnisse: Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse in Qt mit, insbesondere in Signals/Slots, QML, Qt Quick und den zugehörigen Build-Systemen.Software Engineering: Du verfügst über ein fundiertes Verständnis von objektorientiertem Design, Nebenläufigkeit, Memory Management und plattformübergreifender Softwareentwicklung.Entwicklungswerkzeuge: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit CMake, Git und CI/CD-Workflows.Codequalität: Du schreibst sauberen, wartbaren und gut strukturierten Code und legst Wert auf nachhaltige technische Lösungen.Debugging und Optimierung: Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Debugging, Profiling und Performance-Optimierung.Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Du kommunizierst klar, arbeitest lösungsorientiert und bringst dich konstruktiv in technische Entscheidungsprozesse ein.Engagement: Du identifizierst dich mit der Mission und den Zielen von Skysec Defence, übernimmst Ownership und bringst dich mit hohem Einsatz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein in deinen Aufgabenbereich und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens ein. Your Role As a Senior Software Engineer – Frontend, you will develop powerful and reliable applications based on modern C++ and the Qt framework, actively shaping their technical architecture. You will work at the interface between user interface, hardware, network communication, and backend services, ensuring that our applications remain performant, scalable, and maintainable in the long term. In this role, you will take responsibility for technical decisions, bring your experience to reviews and development processes, and support less experienced software engineers in their professional growth. We are looking for an experienced software professional who sets high standards for code quality, understands complex technical relationships, and actively contributes to the further development of our products and software architecture.
