This is a hands-on development role that combines technical leadership with active software development and delivery. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software products. This role will be leading technical projects for the COR.TRANSFORM portfolio. Experience with Tungsten TotalAgility (Formerly Kofax) is required for the person to excel in this role. This is a hybrid role with flexible onsite expectations, typically 1 to 2 days per week. New employees are expected to be onsite 2 to 3 times a week during their first three months to support onboarding and collaboration. About The Role: Design, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver complex software solutions from concept through deployment, working independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Provide Tier 3 support for business-critical 24x7 production platforms on a rotational on-call basis, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex technical issues. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Demonstrate best practices in coding, design principles, and technical decision-making. Participate in coding sessions and design reviews to set standards. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Architect and design scalable, reliable, and secure technical solutions that meet business requirements. Ensure the codebase is maintainable, efficient, and adheres to established coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve software quality and team effectiveness. Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks to ensure smooth project progression. Implement solutions that improve system performance, reliability, and operational stability. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and effectively communicate technical concepts. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, experimentation, and ongoing learning. What You Need to Succeed: Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Certifications in cloud platforms or programming languages is considered an asset. Experience: Experience with Tungsten TotalAgility (Formerly Kofax), on-premises or cloud7+ years in software development with hands-on coding and solution design. 2+ years in a lead role guiding teams and making strategic technical decisions. Proven track record in managing technical projects from planning to delivery, including estimates and budgets. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and automation tools. Skill Requirements Proficiency in languages such as .NETExperience with Windows OSKnowledge of database design and SQLStrong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Experience in designing and implementing scalable and reliable system architecture. Ability to mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Strong decision-making skills, especially in technical and project-related matters. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Strong skills in documenting technical solutions and project progress.
