What You Will Do Design and implement end-to-end full-stack features using TypeScript, Node.js, and React for both patient-facing and clinician-facing products.Model complex application data using PostgreSQL and MongoDB while ensuring strict adherence to healthcare regulatory standards and data residency requirements.Integrate sophisticated ML/AI services with safety guardrails and collaborate with a cross-functional team to shape product requirements and measure user impact. The ideal candidate Has 4+ years of professional full-stack experience with a proven track record of shipping features with measurable impact in production environments.Possesses strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React, alongside experience managing AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines through GitHub Actions.Demonstrates a product-oriented mindset, comfortable working independently across North American business hours with the ability to maintain daily overlap with European colleagues.
