We are looking for developers who are passionate about building high-quality mobile applications and can work across the full application lifecycle — from technical design and development through to testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation. This is an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale digital and mobile transformation programs with leading Australian organisations. What you'll be doing Design, develop and maintain high-quality iOS and Android mobile applications using React NativeBuild reusable, scalable and maintainable components and mobile application architecturesTranslate business and technical requirements into robust mobile solutionsIntegrate mobile applications with REST APIs, backend services and third-party platformsWork closely with UX/UI designers, Business Analysts, Architects and other engineering teamsDevelop automated unit, integration and UI tests to ensure application qualityTroubleshoot, debug and optimise application performanceParticipate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practicesSupport CI/CD pipelines and mobile application release processesContribute to technical design, documentation and continuous improvement What we're looking for Strong commercial experience developing mobile applications using React NativeStrong JavaScript and/or TypeScript skillsSolid understanding of React, React Native and mobile application architectureExperience developing for both iOS and AndroidStrong experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend servicesExperience with state management frameworks such as Redux, Zustand or similarUnderstanding of mobile security, performance optimisation and application lifecycle managementExperience with Git and modern CI/CD practicesStrong understanding of software development principles, clean code and design patternsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Nice to have Native iOS or Android development experience using Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin or JavaExperience with FirebaseExperience with automated mobile testing frameworksExperience publishing and managing applications through the Apple App Store and Google PlayCloud experience across Azure, AWS or GCPExperience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments Why LTM?
