Lead Full Stack Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer - NBA to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will own platform reliability, performance, and uptime while remaining hands-on in production development and deployment. The position will partner closely with engineering peers to strengthen testing, observability, error handling, and scalability across the company's platform. It is well suited for a senior technical leader who can guide a small team or pod while continuing to contribute code every sprint. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $155,200 – $213,400 annually Responsibilities Own platform reliability, performance, and uptime for the platform Actively write and deploy production code every sprint Build and maintain automated testing infrastructure for code quality Oversee platform logging, monitoring, and alerting for production visibility Design error management patterns to systematically resolve failures Evaluate system scalability and lead performance improvements Define and enforce handoff quality criteria for new services Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field 2+ years of project leadership experience 6+ years of full stack software engineering experience focused on platform reliability or site reliability engineering 8+ years of progressive tech experience as a senior developer Hands-on experience with testing infrastructure including automated test suites and load testing Strong understanding of observability practices and structured logging Experience in managing a small team or pod and contractor resources Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid time off and company holidays Short-term and long-term disability insurance Life insurance and caregiver leave Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
