About the Opportunity The Developer supports the Information Technology department by developing, deploying, and maintaining web-based products and services. This role contributes to building and improving technology solutions for internal and external users within a dynamic, agile environment. The position works across the technology stack and collaborates with partner teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-focused products. Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and enhance web projects within the applications suite. • Build, test, deploy, and continuously iterate products throughout their development and growth stages. • Collaborate with partner teams to define requirements and deliver projects within established timelines. • Contribute to full-stack development across infrastructure, backend services, and frontend applications. • Work with flexible infrastructure and service-oriented architectures. • Automate repetitive tasks and develop tools that improve development workflows. • Build and maintain reliable, scalable web services and integrations. • Apply strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to technical challenges. • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a changing and fast-paced environment. • Follow agile development practices and maintain source code using version control systems. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience working with web-based technologies. • Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one programming language such as PHP or Node.js. • Strong knowledge of modern web standards, including HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+. • Experience with React, Redux, or comparable JavaScript frameworks. • Basic understanding of WordPress development and customization. • Knowledge of AWS services, including S3, containers, Lambda, and Cognito. • Familiarity with website accessibility standards and inclusive web development practices. • Awareness of OWASP Top 10 security risks and common web application security practices. • Strong database skills, including the ability to write complex queries in MySQL and PostgreSQL. • Familiarity with AI tools and concepts, including prompt engineering and generative AI. • Working knowledge of object-oriented design principles. • Experience with agile methodologies and source code control. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Preferred Qualifications • Experience integrating AI APIs and developing AI-powered features. • Experience using AI tools to accelerate development through code generation, automation, and workflow optimization. • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs. Pay Range and Compensation Package • Salary range: $100,000–$115,000 per year. • Eligibility for an annual profit award or bonus based on company results.
