The role You’ll be building greenfield products that are helping to automate the healthcare recruiting process, working across: Backend, frontend and infrastructureScalable and distributed systemsAI-enabled applicationsTypeScript / Node.js / ReactAWS, Lambda and ECSPostgreSQL / MySQLDocker and serverless architecture What they’re looking for The ideal profile will have: 5–7 years of software engineering experience2–4+ years of meaningful VC-backed startup experienceExperience at big tech, a reputable technology company or tier-one startupStrong backend TypeScript experienceExperience building and scaling production systemsStrong CS fundamentalsGreenfield / end-to-end project ownershipFull-stack capability, with a backend leanExperience with distributed systems, observability and reliabilityA high-ownership, low-ego approach The key combination is strong engineering fundamentals + startup experience + meaningful ownership.
