.NET Developer

We are working with a well-established, privately held company in Orange County that is looking to add a mid-level .NET Programmer to their internal development team. This is a growth role created by an expanding backlog of internal application work across a portfolio of over 100 business systems. The right candidate will work with increasing independence, own feature and backend work, and demonstrate genuine understanding of their own code including anything AI-assisted. Desired Skills 3+ years of hands-on C# and .NET Framework experience including ASP.NET MVC and Web API, with the team actively migrating legacy systems to .NET Core so exposure to both is a plusStrong SQL Server skills including complex queries, joins, CTEs, stored procedures, and functions. This is the most common gap the team has seen in recent interviews and will be screened closelyExperience with RESTful APIs, whether building or consuming, along with unit testing as part of your own development cycle and version control experience in TFS, GitHub, or GitLabComfort using AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot as a productivity aid, with the ability to understand, explain, and debug the output rather than deploy it blindly *This is a fully onsite role five days a week* This company offers full benefits, 401K with match and growth opportunities.
