We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to help build the analytics platform that powers reporting and decision-making across our business.

What You'll Do
Build and maintain the analytics workflow app, using Angular on the front end and Python (FastAPI) on the back end, writing clean, well-tested code that's easy to support and extendBuild data pipelines and models using pandas and NumPy, working with Snowflake and Azure to store and serve data reliably and securelyCoordinate an offshore vendor team: setting priorities, assigning work, reviewing output, and tracking hours and spendUse AI coding assistants as part of daily development work, and look for ways to improve how the team builds, tests, and ships softwareWork directly with the Director of Portfolio Analytics and business stakeholders, turning requirements into working software and explaining technical choices in plain language
Requirements
8+ years building and managing enterprise-grade software, including experience working across offshore/onshore vendor teams8+ years with Python, including pandas and NumPy; 5+ years building APIs with FastAPI; 5+ years with Angular and UI libraries such as Material or BootstrapExperience hosting and managing applications on Azure, and building solutions on SnowflakeHands-on, day-to-day experience using AI coding assistants as part of a development workflowA clear communicator, comfortable working directly with non-technical stakeholdersFinancial services experience (asset management, banking, or fintech) is a plus, as is experience in a small, fast-moving analytics or engineering team
