Contribute to Automation of operational tasks and creation of enhancements that will improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform and services. Analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes of issues, resolve bugs, and improve system reliability and maintainability. Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime and service disruption. Oversee change management processes and system lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth transitions, version control, and minimal disruption during upgrades or deprecations.Participate in on-call rotation (for stand-by operations). About You We are looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong teamwork and communication skills. What You Will Need Mobile or/and Fixed Network technologies/architecture knowledgeExposure to OpenStack or other private cloud technologies. Experience with onboarding complex applications into Kubernetes environments. Strong Linux system administrator skills and TCP/IP network fundamentals (DNS, IP routing, load balancing).Hands-on experience with GitOps tools and CI/CD workflows. Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Ansible). Experience in databases and monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus) Nice-to-Have Background in TelCo OSS/BSS systems and network orchestration. Strong grasp of Kubernetes and containerization concepts and best practices (deployments, services, ingress, volumes, etc.). Experience with Infrastructure as Code and templating (Terraform, Helm). Understanding cloud-native security and compliance practices. Prior experience with onboarding frameworks and E2E system integration.
