We're looking for a Systems Engineer to run and safeguard the infrastructure behind our proprietary enterprise software for insurance companies across the EU. Whether you're operating at a mid or senior level, if you take pride in infrastructure that just works, we'd like to talk. Once you're here, you will: Be part of an international team keeping our systems and infrastructure running smoothly across cloud and on-prem environments.Administer our Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 estate day to day - from Exchange Online, Teams, and Intune to licensing and identity.Own our virtualization, backup, and disaster-recovery setup on Hyper-V, and make sure we can actually recover when it matters.Automate the routine with PowerShell, tighten security and monitoring, and steadily reduce the manual toil in how we operate.Lead a calm, structured response when something breaks - reading the system, forming a hypothesis, and fixing what's wrong without the drama. Technologies we use: Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Intune), Hyper-V, Azure (compute, network, storage), and PowerShell. It would be great if you're also familiar with Azure and Microsoft 365 security & compliance (Microsoft Purview), SIEM/SOC or DLP tooling, monitoring stacks (Zabbix, Grafana), Linux, or Jira / Confluence / SharePoint. What do you need to be successful? 3+ years of hands-on Windows Server and Active Directory administrationStrong networking fundamentals (OSI model, topology, firewalls)Microsoft 365 administration - Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, licensingHyper-V virtualization and backup/disaster recovery experienceWorking knowledge of Azure fundamentals (compute, network, storage)PowerShell scripting for administration and automationServer and storage hardware administration experienceClear communication in English The following skills would be nice to have, but are not formal requirements: Security background - Azure security, Microsoft 365 security & complianceExposure to SIEM, SOC operations, or DLP tooling (e.g. Microsoft Purview)Monitoring tooling experience (Zabbix, Grafana)Exposure to Linux administrationExperience administering Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint Who you are You take pride in infrastructure that runs quietly and reliably, and you're the kind of engineer others trust to hold the environment together.
