Maintain retrieval systems, including structured and hybrid search implementations, that rely on linguistically structured taxonomies and normalized datasets. Develop structured prompt configurations and evaluation processes to improve semantic extraction consistency and matching transparency. Implement API and webhook integrations between WordPress, ATS/CRM, and third-party platforms to automate structured candidate and job data synchronization. Generate match explanation outputs based on classification relationships and defined semantic logic. 10% of the time related to Data Engineering & System Integrity to develop and maintain candidate and job data pipelines supporting structured semantic workflows. Implement validation rules, deduplication logic, and data consistency controls aligned with classification frameworks. Monitor database performance, storage systems, and hosting environments to ensure reliability of language-driven retrieval systems.
