We are looking for a Mendix Developer to join an international team responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting business-critical Mendix applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is comfortable working independently across development, integration, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, maintain, and enhance Mendix applicationsSupport business-critical applications in production environmentsBuild and maintain integrations with enterprise and external systems using REST, SOAP, and APIsHandle application security, access rules, and performance optimisationPerform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defect resolutionTake complete ownership of assigned tickets from analysis through resolutionSupport application deployments, releases, and production activitiesMonitor application health and resolve incidents affecting stability or performanceEnsure compliance with development standards, security guidelines, and Mendix best practicesCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions within agreed timelinesContribute to continuous improvement across applications and development processes Skills & Experience +2 years of experience in Mendix development Experience supporting production or business-critical applicationsExperience with REST, SOAP, APIs, and external system integrationsStrong understanding of advanced domain modelling conceptsExperience with Microflows, Nanoflows, security implementation, and performance optimisationKnowledge of deployment processes, application monitoring, and production supportStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and defect-resolution capabilitiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong focus on quality, continuous improvement, and delivery commitmentsFluency in English Why Empa-T?
