Python AI/ML Developer

Job description We're looking for a versatile developer who can build across the Full Stack - from elegant who can manage Python-based projects, Using Python Backend and React/Next.js Frontend including those involving Machine Learning (ML). The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment, and demonstrate expertise in building efficient, scalable, and maintainable codebases. Responsibilities Design and develop full-stack features across Python backend and React/Next.js frontendWrite clean, maintainable, well-documented code with test coverageCollaborate with team members via Git - follow branching conventions and conduct code reviewsSet up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, automated deploymentsIntegrate and work with third-party APIs, services, and AI-powered toolsBuild and optimize robust data pipelines, scripts, and ML modelsParticipate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectivesIdentify performance bottlenecks and propose improvements proactivelySupport junior developers through mentoring and pair programmingStay updated with the latest trends, tools, and frameworks in the Python ecosystem Requirements Minimum 1 year of professional experience in full-stack web developmentProficiency in Python/Django and JavaScript/ React.jsWorking experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes)Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL /PostgreSQL)Hands-on experience with Git workflows and version control best practicesFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, or equivalent)Ability to use AI development tools effectively and responsiblyStrong communication skills; comfortable working in a team environmentBasic project management skills - able to estimate tasks, manage priorities, and meet deadlines Nice to have Experience with Docker, Linux environments, or cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar)Knowledge of TypeScriptFamiliarity with Agile / Scrum methodologyExperience working with REST API design and documentation (Postman, Swagger)Exposure to basic DevOps practices and infrastructure management Soft skills & culture Team player - contributes ideas, gives constructive feedback, receives it wellOwnership mindset - takes responsibility for quality end-to-endContinuous learner - stays current with evolving tools and frameworksClear communicator - writes updates, documents decisions, escalates blockers earlyOrganized - manages tasks with clarity using project tools (Jira, Trello, Notion, etc.)
