The primary purpose of this full-stack engineer role is to contribute to the development and enhancement of our eCommerce platforms by leveraging automation, data science, and machine learning. The engineer will own feature development end-to-end, including data modeling, testing, scalability, operability, and metrics. The role requires advanced Elixir programming skills and collaboration with various teams to ensure high-quality software. The engineer will work on core product technology platforms, participate in architectural discussions, and validate requirements to improve and expand these platforms. Responsibilities Own feature development end-to-end, spanning data modeling, testing, scalability, operability and ongoing metrics.Ensure that we build high quality software by reviewing peer code check-insWork on a product team leveraging our core technology platforms, which include Direct Commerce, Supply Chain, Galileo Sales and Marketing, Demand IntelligenceDevelop software in short iterations to quickly add business valueSupport applications developed by team Qualifications 3+ years experience developing software applicationsDeep understanding of database design and engineeringStrong familiarity with automated test frameworksCurrent skills in following technologies:ElixirRelational databases – Postgres, MySQL, or similarAWS, Azure, or similar cloud platformsGitHub or similar source controlAutomated build process and toolsFluent with Agile processes and tools such as Jira or Pivotal Tracker; must have experience running Agile teams, continuous integration, automated testing, and test driven developmentSelf starter; bias for action and for quick iteration on ideas / concepts; strong interest in proving out ideas and technologies with rapid prototyping Ability to interact well across various engineering teams;Team player; excellent listening skills; welcoming of ideas and new ways of looking at things; able to lead brainstorming sessions and elicit input from team members – including those who may not be the loudest voice in the room Compensation and Benefits: The expected starting compensation range for this position is 249000,0 PLN annually (gross).Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.This role is eligible for an annual bonus, based on performance and eligibility.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility.
