Billing Systems Developer (Oracle), Riga We are medium size fast-growing Telecom Company, which is part of the international group with HQ in London, UK. We are dynamic and agile business with positive attitude and passionate about what we do. We are looking for a Billing Systems Developer to support, improve, and modernize our existing billing platform, with the long-term objective of evaluating and implementing a next-generation solution. Required technical skills: Strong Oracle Database and PL/SQL development experience.Experience with SQL performance tuning and database optimization.Good understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, and Git/GitLab workflows.Experience maintaining business-critical enterprise applications.Preferred: Experience with telecom billing, OSS/BSS, or financial systems.Experience with application modernization or migration from legacy platforms.Experience with Linux environments and open-source technologies.Soft skills: Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and external development partners.Self-driven, analytical, and able to take ownership of critical systems and their long-term evolution.
