Prepare reports and performance analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks Conduct outreach to Partners (email, phone, in-app messages) — e.g. to recommend Ads activation, follow up on performance or share promotional opportunities. Create and maintain operational files and dashboards in Google Sheets. Prepare presentations, business reviews, and recommendations for Partners (Ads, promotions, upsell, retention actions, operations). Monitor competitor and category trends; collect market insights and industry news. Full Day availability from Monday to Friday (Friday afternoon excluded)Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.You love working with data and are comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets.Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.Curiosity, can-do attitude, and eagerness to learn about digital marketing and account management.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.We are always looking for the best candidates, so if you think you would be a good fit even if you don't meet 100% of the requirements we would love to hear from you!
